It was a wake up call for sure!<br /><br />And yes strength then running DOES count as a brick! Brick is just a combo of two different exercises, so I'd say yes! (Although some triathletes would probably disagree...)<br /><br />Trader Joe's will be on my weekly grocery stop! They have so many options, TONS of vegan options, and a lot of it is for healthy eating!
