I'll be getting on the bike t...I did kill it!! I'll be getting on the bike tomorrow morning before work, and I'm going to try intervals tomorrow! Exciting!<br /><br />The nail "stickers" were super easy to put on (you just have to go slow and easy), and they seem to be staying put, I put them on Sunday, and I worked yesterday where I wash my hands a million times a day! No chips, nothing, they still look good and shiny! It was weird at first, they had a tacky like feeling at first, kinda like if you paint your nails and they are almost dry.
